Road riding is normally done on lightweight frames with narrow wheels, slick tyres and drop handlebars. Most of our road and time trail training takes place either on the on open road, or on closed-road circuits, purpose built for cycling such as Cyclo-Park in Gravesend where we can practice braking, accelerating and cornering away from traffic and pedestrians.
We offer training for beginners getting used to riding on the roads, riders wish to improve their technique and fitness and racers interested in competition fitness and bunch riding skills.
Our structured training has age and ability related programs competition so riders to progress through the sport. We can also supply hire bikes so riders can try road / time trials without major financial commitment.
