We run several ladies only cycling activities designed for women who want to use the cycling to get fit and socialize at the same time. These sessions are not aimed at those who are competitive and it does not require specialist clothing or equipment.
Our female coaches will help you develop confidence on a bike and if necessary we can provide a bike and a helmet. As well at the glorious, quiet roads of the Kent countryside and coastline we also use the safe and traffic free facilities of Cyclopark near Gravesend
