During the session a range of data will be produced including;
- VO2 Max
- Power to weight ratio
- Maximum Power output
- Individual Leg power and efficiency
The session also includes a Biomechanical assessment of your pedalling technique and riding style. We will give you specific advice on how to maximise your efficiency and power through improved technique.
We can then design a program of training at the right intensity for you to achieve muscle growth, fat loss and improved fitness.
